1. SPONSOR: Joe Hill, writer, PMB #218, 20 Portsmouth Ave., Stratham, NH 03885.

2. ENTRY: Enter electronically through the Internet by visiting www.joehillfiction.com and playing LAST BREATH o The Game through to completion, then entering all required information OR enter by U.S. Mail by hand printing your full name, address (city, state and zip code) and daytime phone number (with area code), and mailing it, postage prepaid, to “Last Breath the Game” c/o Joe Hill, PMB #218, 20 Portsmouth Ave., Stratham, NH 03885. It is entrant’s sole responsibility to notify Sponsor Joe Hill in writing if there is any change in entrant’s e-mail address (“Address”).

3. LIMITATIONS: Each electronic entry must be received by 11:59 P.M., EST, December 31st, 2005, and each mail-in entry must be postmarked by December 31st, and received by 11:59 P.M., EST, January 15th, 2006. Only one entry per person per Address (regardless of whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person uses the same Address). In event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Internet entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the Address is registered. Entries by any method other than set forth above in Section 2 are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting entry on-line is prohibited. Open only to persons 18 or older upon entering who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the United Kingdom, the 50 states or D. C. (“Territory”), and not family members, and/or employees of Sponsor. Entities are not responsible for entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside the Territory; entries that are inaccurate, incomplete, unintelligible, tampered with, lost, interrupted, deleted, defective, stolen, destroyed, altered, misdirected, non-delivered, delayed, smell bad, late or misrouted; any printing, production, technical, electronic or other errors; or phone, technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind. Each of such entries will be disqualified. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all federal, state, international and local laws and regulations.

4. PRIZES: One (1) First Prize: One (1) iPod Shuffle for the winner (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $99.00). Prize not redeemable for cash or transferable; and no substitutions allowed except that, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. The prize will only be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries (100 or more) are received.

5. PROCEDURES: Sweepstakes begins 12:01 A.M., EST, July 5th, 2005, and ends 11:59 P.M., EST, December 31st, 2005. In a random drawing on or about January 16th, 2006, a winner will be selected from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNERS: Will be notified by e-mail or U.S. Mail on or about January 31st, 2006. Return of a notification or prize as undeliverable, or any other non-compliance with official rules (“Rules”), may result in selection of an alternate winner. All taxes solely winner’s responsibility.

7. CONDITIONS: Each entrant by entering agrees that: [1] he/she will be bound by Rules and Sponsor’s decisions; [2] entry becomes solely Sponsor’s property and will not be acknowledged or returned; [3] none of Entities, nor any of their officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives (individually and collectively, “Releasees”) are responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize; participation in this Sweepstakes or in any activity or travel related thereto or from computer downloading any Sweepstakes information; [4] acceptance of a prize constitutes grant of unconditional right to use winner’s name, photograph, prize information and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law; [5] the Releasees are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to: errors in the advertising, Rules, selection and announcement of the winners and distribution of the prizes and [6] the Releasees are not responsible for any inability of any winner to accept or use any prize (or any portion thereof) for any reason.
